History of Greater Grace Church of Pakistan
Our journey began in 1958 with a life-changing encounter that brought a local family to Christ through miraculous healing. This profound experience sparked a deep conviction to share the Gospel and serve Christian communities where spiritual encouragement and basic resources were scarce.
From these humble beginnings, the ministry grew as believers gathered for worship, prayer, and Bible teaching. The vision was simple but bold: to plant and strengthen Christ-centered churches across Pakistan in a way that honored Scripture and served the whole person—spiritually, socially, and practically.
Through the decades that followed, Greater Grace Church faithfully expanded its work:
-
Local congregations were established in towns and rural communities throughout the Punjab region.
-
Bible education and leadership training began to equip pastors, church workers, and lay leaders with sound theology and ministry skills.
-
Ministries addressing children’s education, community health, and basic needs support were formed to meet real challenges faced by families.
-
Persistent efforts in church construction and planting helped provide safe and permanent spaces for worship and community life.
Central to our identity has been generational pastoral leadership—leaders who have stood firm through cultural shifts, economic hardships, and social pressures, always anchored in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Over more than six decades of ministry:
-
We have remained locally led, resilient in the face of financial limitations.
-
We have chosen faithful service over dependency, growing through prayer, stewardship, and community partnerships.
-
And we have maintained a vision for lasting impact—strengthening believers, equipping leaders, and serving neighbors with compassion.
Today, Greater Grace Church of Pakistan continues this legacy. While resources are limited, our commitment to Christ and to the communities we serve remains unwavering. We look forward with faith, trusting God to lead the next chapter of ministry.
